1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GroviOS platform, websites, and APIs (collectively, the "Service") operated by JLM Solutions ("GroviOS", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
GroviOS provides an AI-powered platform for content generation, lead capture, CRM, automation, and analytics. We may add, modify, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing, malware, or illegal content.
- Publish content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or our security controls.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or rebrand the Service except as expressly permitted in a separate written agreement.
- Violate the terms of any third-party connector you authorize (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Google, etc.).
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload, generate, or publish through the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant GroviOS a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Customer Content solely to operate the Service for you. We will not use Customer Content to train third-party AI models.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Google, Stripe, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. GroviOS is not responsible for actions, downtime, or policy changes of third-party services.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice; new pricing applies on your next renewal.
8. Termination
You may cancel any time from billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AI OUTPUT BEFORE PUBLISHING.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROVIOS AND JLM SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify GroviOS against claims arising from Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at JLM Solutions' principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are posted here with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
